6 PM: Mandatory Exhibitor & Parent Meeting
Monday, August 4th
7 AM: Weigh and classify Market Swine; Market Lambs 20 minutes after the Swine, then Meat Goats to immediately follow Lambs.
8 AM: Weigh Beef Cattle
9:30 AM: Weigh Dairy Heifers
Tuesday, August 5th
8 AM: Market Swine Show
6 PM: Dairy Heifer Show
Wednesday, August 6th
8 AM: Poultry Show
9 AM: Meat Goat Show
5 PM: Market Lamb Show
Thursday, August 7th
8 AM: Beef Heifer Show
8 AM: Rabbit Show
8:30 AM: Cloverbud Beef Showmanship

-REQUIRED FORMS-

WHOLESOME MEAT ACT : W-9 : MODEL RELEASE

The required forms must be turned in no later than July 11, 2025 at 5pm. The Wholesome Meat Act Form must have both the exhibitor's signature along with your 4-H Leader/FFA Advisor's signature. Form must be notarized prior to turning into the office.
Failure to submit forms before the deadline will result in not being able to check-in on Sunday.
