7 AM - 4-H/FFA Youth Horse Show
Sunday, August 2nd
6 AM - 11 AM: Livestock Inspection & Check-In
2 PM - Weigh and Classify Market Swine, Market Lambs and Meat Goats with 15 minutes between specie.
2 PM - Weigh Beef with Dairy Heifers to immediately follow.
6 PM: Mandatory Exhibitor & Parent Meeting
Tuesday, August 4th
8 AM: Market Swine Show
6 PM: Dairy Heifer Show
Wednesday, August 5th
8 AM: Poultry Show
9 AM: Meat Goat Show
5 PM: Market Lamb Show
Thursday, August 6th

WHOLESOME MEAT ACT : W-9 : MODEL RELEASE
The required forms must be turned in no later than
July 17, 2026 at 5pm
.
The Wholesome Meat Act Form must have both the exhibitor's signature along with your 4-H Leader/FFA Advisor's signature.
Form must be notarized prior to turning into the office.
Failure to submit forms before the deadline will result in not being able to check-in on Sunday.
