Sunday, August 2nd
6 AM - 11 AM: Livestock Inspection & Check-In
2 PM - Weigh and Classify Market Swine, Market Lambs and Meat Goats with 15 minutes between specie.
2 PM - Weigh Beef with Dairy Heifers to immediately follow.
6 PM: Mandatory Exhibitor & Parent Meeting

8 AM: Market Swine Show
6 PM: Dairy Heifer Show
Wednesday, August 5th
8 AM: Poultry Show
9 AM: Meat Goat Show
5 PM: Market Lamb Show
Thursday, August 6th
8 AM: Beef Heifer Show
8 AM: Rabbit Show
8:30 AM: Booster Beef Calf Showmanship
Market Steer Show, immed. following Booster Beef Calf Show
1 PM: Prospect Horse Show
3 PM: Disposition Deadline
Friday, August 7th
10 AM: Livestock Judging Contest
5:30 PM: Livestock Awards Dinner
Saturday, August 8th
9 AM - Junior Livestock Sale

-THE JUNIOR LIVESTOCK SALE LIST WILL BE AVAILABLE LATE FRIDAY AFTERNOON-

-REQUIRED FORMS-

WHOLESOME MEAT ACT : W-9 : MODEL RELEASE

The required forms must be turned in no later than July 17, 2026 at 5pm. The Wholesome Meat Act Form must have both the exhibitor's signature along with your 4-H Leader/FFA Advisor's signature. Form must be notarized prior to turning into the office.
Failure to submit forms before the deadline will result in not being able to check-in on Sunday.
