!! LIVESTOCK SALE PICTURES !!

EXHIBITORS ARE PROVIDED 1 PICTURE FROM LEA COUNTY. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BUY THE ADDITIONAL PICTURES, FROM THE PHOTOGRAPHER, NEEDED FOR MULTIPLE BUYERS!

ONCE AVAILABLE:::These need to be delivered to buyers, signed and returned to the FG office.

Once the buyer(s) have paid, the checks will be processed.

-REQUIRED FORMS-

WHOLESOME MEAT ACT : W-9 : MODEL RELEASE

The required forms must be turned in no later than July 21, 2025 at 5pm. The Wholesome Meat Act Form must have both the exhibitor's signature along with your 4-H Leader/FFA Advisor's signature. Form must be notarized prior to turning into the office.
Failure to submit forms before the deadline will result in not being able to check-in on Sunday.

Livestock Entries Entry deadline is July 18, 2025 at 5pm

Late entries WILL NOT be accepted
