Interested in being a vendor at the 2026 Fair & Rodeo? Applications will be available online and in the office beginning January 15, 2026! Primary deadline is March 1, 2026. Applications will be only be mailed upon request. DO NOT SEND MONEY WITH THE APPLICATION.
Missed the deadline? Not a problem. Please feel free to fill out an application! Vendor spots may become available at the last minute.
The Lea County Fair reserves the right to assign space in accordance with other exhibitors, needs, and products currently booked. Spaces are filled based on selection criteria. The Fair strives to maintain a balanced variety of products and services. Openings are filled with this in mind and not in chronological order by date. Any application which is not legible & complete will not be considered. If your application is selected, you will be notified and a contract will be sent to you. Prices subject to change between the date of your application and when you are selected. PAYMENT IS DUE WITH THE SIGNED CONTRACT.
