Entries will be taken:
4-H Pre-Entered items accepted - Friday, Aug. 1st 8am - 5pm & Saturday, Aug. 2nd 10am - 5pm**
Creative Arts, Open Youth and Farm & Garden items - ONLY on Sunday, Aug. 3rd 7am - 7pm
Flower Show items - Monday, Aug. 4th 7:30am - 11:00am**

Pre-Entries must be completed and received by the Lea County Extension Office by July 18, 2025. For more information regarding pre-entries, please contact the extension office at 575-396-2819.
Judging:
All entries will be judged on August 4, 2025. The Yucca Building will be open for public viewing on Tuesday, August 5, 2025. Results will be available on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 12pm (noon). Exhibits will be judged based on the quality of workmanship exhibited. Items are place 1st thru 5th place (when necessary, items may be placed to 10th place).
Release of Items & Premiums:
Exhibitors are requested to remove entries in all divisions Sunday morning, August 10, 2025 from 8am to 1pm. Entries left after 1pm will be disposed of. Premiums for items will also be given out during this time at the Yucca Building. Any premium money not collected by 1pm will be forfeited by the exhibitor.
